Newhall Cottage

Please note:  If guests have pre-arranged for pets to stay at Newhall Cottage there will be a standard additional cleaning charge of £25 per stay.

Seashore Cottage

Seashore Cottage is currently under refurbishment, we will update as soon as it is available.

Check-In/Out

  • Check-in will be after 3pm
  • Check-out will be before 10am
  • By prior arrangement, late check-outs may be made available, at an additional charge of £10 per hour

House Rules

We ask that all guests respectfully follow our house rules to ensure that they and other guests have a very pleasant stay

  • No smoking, e-cigarettes or vaping on the premises
  • No pets allowed at Midgarth House Apartments
  • Well behaved pets (maximum 2) will be allowed to stay at Newhall Cottage with prior agreement – additional charges apply
  • No events allowed at Midgarth House Apartments
  • Family celebrations will be considered at Newhall Cottage with prior agreement
  • Guests at Midgarth House will be expected to respect the privacy of guests in neighbouring apartments and keep noise levels to a minimum
Cancellation Policy

Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.
